The lack of follow up when I tried to sell back my 2015 Road Glide was terrible. Waited for phone call backs that never came. Got pushed off on one of your buyers, told (by Harley)he will be by that afternoon. Wasted a whole day waiting. I feel like I have wasted 20+ years of doing business with your location, you are only appreciate when you are buying a new bike.
